Macallan....I've not tried any of the new EL's, and although very tempting, I'm of the belief that paying the outragous prices that have been attached to them I would be validating that their value is equal to the price. So for me, purchasing and smoking the regular production habanos, I'm hopefully helping to make the statement that I won't tolerate the jacked up prices being placed on the EL's. It's not such a tough job though because the regular production cigars are smoking great, and I really can't fathom that I'm missing much. I realize that my voice is small in the grand scheme of things, but I'm hoping that if enough people vote with their wallet, Altidis will at some point bring the cost of the El's back down to the once affordable level. In the meantime I'll have to suffer with my BBF's and PSD4's.

The Mag 50 was amazing!
The Monte D has a lot of potential and will be a great smoke.
Kind reminds me of the Monte C, also wasn't amazing until a year went by. Now the Monte C are off the hook good.
If Was given choice between the 50 or the D I'd take the 50,
but I want both!
