Anyone ant to buy my house?

Looks to hot there for me. That and the taxes on your house are 1530.00 more a year then mine are. On the bottom of your listing it has "Home Owner Association: Yes / $72 / Quarterly " these are the type of people that told me the brown I had painted my shutters on my townhouse in Md was the wrong shade of brown..

I hope you find somebody who likes the heat and wants to pay your asking price without even trying to lowball you..

I'd love to. Just need to talk the family into it (haha). I can't believe your taxes are that low and Travis's are less? Try $7500/yr for real estate and $1500.00 for autos- add in sewer, water etc - I'm over $10k for taxes in my town alone. That's for a 2700 sf home. I wanna move!

That place looks good, and must be really immense! 8)
new 18' tile set on the diagonal everywhere else.
18 foot tile! That's gotta be square feet, right?

Jeez, 18 feet on a side ... you couldn't even get it through the garage door! :p

I don't understand the complaint about taxes, or even the price ... for a huge house like that!

When can I move in? Great lookign house Craig. Good luck with the sale.

Also, what's with the salt water pool? Is it because it is easier to take care of?

Don't forget the gun law advantage, open carry legal, CCW shall issue permit, good for 5 years, no renewal class or fingerprints, $65 permit fee, (legislation pending to make it a lifetime permit, with a cap at $99 forever), NFA friendly, (permit is non specific, carry whatever you wish, including your legal NFA stuff, long or short), and no waiting period. Also, no magazine restriction, no "assault weapon" ban, no "one-gun-a-month" garbage, Castle Doctrine in place, NO CIVIL LIABILITY FOR JUSTIFIED SHOOTS, (can't stress that one enough), many ranges all overthe state, some free, state pre-emption law, so no changing laws from one town to another, firearms education optional for public schools, (waiting to make that mandatory, like Driver's Ed), no CCW permit needed in your home or business, (working to make it in your car as well), trying right now to get CCW authorized on college and university campuses, *BREATHE*, hang on... Hmm, I know I missed a few somewhere.
One downside, and that's the stupid SmokeFree AZ act, which prohibits smoking in bars and resteraunts, but if you don't go out to get plowed, no problem.
Oh, yeah, no licensing, no registration, no FOID, (for those in Illinois), no ammo restrictions, (for those in New Joisey), and face to face private sales are completely legal, providing both parties are lawful posessors, for those living in Cali.

Whew! Long list of goods...heat ain't bad, if you learn to do what we do - stay inside in the summer! God made AC for a reason! All the tourists have goreous tans, we don't. Because AC works INSIDE. So does the refrigerator. And the swamp cooler, (get both, one for most of the summer, AC for thewet part, saves money.), works indoors. 4-5 months of the year is great, the rest is bearable with experiance and thought. Carry water with you everywhere in the trunk, and don't go off in the desert and get stupid. Great state, lots of room, c'mon down!

Salt water pool is not only easier to care for, but it is like swimming in soft water. Easier on the kids eyes also. The grass you see in the photo's is also synthetic, so is bassicaly maint. free!!!

"HOA-Professionally Managed"

does that mean the folks who run the HOA went to the school for people's commissariat for housing ?

Whats the shipping on that to Jersey?

I don't think shipping is going to be the problem... it's where to keep it once it's here. Add another 0 on the end of those taxes and you might be able to keep it for a while.

Not yet. We have at least one person per day looking and we are told we are at the top of several peoples list. So I figure we should see offers in the next week or so.

I am not worried I have until mid June. I will start worrying once May hits.

Well, we accepted an offer last night that was very close to full asking price. In this market that is a true blessing!!!!!

Congratulations, Craig! I bet that is a huge relief!

Congratulations buddy!! I am sure you are feeling like a huge pressure is off.

Will Chris be paying cash for it????

Thanks guy's. We did not think Chris would make for a very good neighbor so I turned him down. We are pretty psyched, I have to go pick out a new pool now so it is built right away when we move in!!!
