Bloofington...

I heard on the CA board that I could find you here! Been a long time... Do you remember me? I'm the one you more than took great care of with the cigar care package for the riddle I nearly solved. I still have some of those wonderful sticks in my humi. I just had to get in touch with you again since I hadn't talked to you since I got that package. Great seeing you again! I plan on hanging around and checking out this forum!!

A BLAST FROM THE PAST!!!

I certainly do remember you. As a matter of fact, I was looking through my cigar letter file recently and wondering how things were with you. Great to see you. Thanks for tracking me down, and we'd love to have your regular participation. Hope all is well with you and your loved ones.

TreeFrog Frank IN THE HOUSE!!!!!!

TreeFrog Frank.... I post at CA as Chaparral Man and I was the other poster who Bloof deemed to have tied with you on his 'train riddle'. Sent us both a fine pack of smokes.
Steller Man our Bloofington!!

It is great to see Bloof here and I am really enjoying reading his many and varied posts about everthing under the proverbial sun, but Bourbon in particular. Funny sheeeet. :p

Ahhhhhhhhh, the Chaparral Man. I knew you when we rode the range in ten gallon hats with our sixguns at our side. I didn't recognize you with the pompadour and without the hat. And of course your horse is missing, too. :dunno: :duh:

I should've known by the C.M. thing. I knew New Mexico was familiar. Those were great fried scorpions we had back in 1887, the night we met those beautiful Mexican chicks after we moved the 4,000 head down from Kansas, remember?

Ahhhhhhh Bloof – the days on the open prairie….. indeed. Brethren of the Diminished Capacity, unite. Reunited once more, we stand (or do our swaggering best) to free dead worms from their fermented confines, and to explore every bottle of Old Van Winkie on the shelf while deflowering lovely Spanish virgins (both of the 15 year old variety, of course). There is strength in numbness or some such retort. With tongues firmly in cheek, we shall muster all of our strength in support of mistreated bourbon everywhere. Cast off the ‘ties’ that bind…. Be free O’ great amber drops of nectar.

I shall start the campaign out West here in earnest, standing waist deep in our arid desert reservoir ramp water, smokin’ fine stogies and waving my arms and rolling my eyes and stirring the air with an anti-teetotalers sermon that will make you believe that Godhisownself was going to reach down and grab you and shake you till the evil anti-drinkin’ thoughts rattled out of you like loose transom screws…. Sheep everywhere will recoil in fear….

And thus did we become a movement…….Or not. What the hell am I rambling about….? :soap:

"Sheep everywhere will recoil in fear…. "

Ummmmm, uhhhhhh, uh oh.

Ummmm, uhhhh, Cigar Man, ummmm, those sheep, you know, the ones we're going to take along with the Mexican girls and the bourbon, uhhh, do they have to be of the 15 year old variety too?

:eek:mg: :eek:mg: :eek:mg:

Fear not Bloof. I never eat mutton. Too many young 'ripe' ones for the gettin'.

A wise old Rancher once told me, that the only thing baaaaad about having ......errrrrr 'relations' with sheep - is that ya got to walk all the way around to the front just to kiss 'em......

It's time to take a shower and make my morning coffee. I'm still dealing with the toilet aspect of the 10 day old plumbing problem. At least the sink and shower are running, . . .

for now. And after what Cigar Man just said about kissin' dem sheep, I'm a runnin' fer da shower!!!!

Cigar man... great to see you here! I didn't even recognize you on here. :D

All this sheep talk is frightening me.... of course, since moving so close to Arkansas, animal love doesn't sound so foreign anymore!

*Blech*

Ahhhhh, Arkansas, the home of the 42nd President!!! Too bad he didn't stay there. There's no place like home.
