Cigar Band Identification

Sometimes I get cigars and don't know what they are and I'd like to do a reverse look-up. Does anyone know of a good site where someone can look up a cigar by it's band. Or, a site that has an extensive list of cigars that shows the entire cigar.

Ahh, good question! I sometimes wish there was a "reverse lookup" for cigar bands too.

Sometimes I just lookup the cigar maker in Google and go from there. I also checked out a site that was called something like "cigar bands of the world" or "cigar band museum," but it wasn't very helpful.

Brenda, I have a site here, but it's on my company's intranet.
As a solution, send me the cigars in question, I'll run an ID check for you and let you know what they were.

BP's at it again! Quick, someone throw him a dog rocket to keep him busy! :D

How did I know you would say that?

I have the book on Cubans cigars that lists at least 92% of
anything I see - Interesting Question?
I'll dig!

Brenda, Also in each of the Cigar.com brands pages there should be a few photos, click on the picture link in the description page, and a photo should pop up, you can scroll through a few different photos and a line up of the whole brand should be in there....

Most of the brands are finished....

Thanks guys. I've checked out the "top25cigars" site but, they don't pictures for every cigar.

I don't have a particular cigar that I'm curious about. But, sometimes I forget names of cigars that I've purchased.

I like to write down the details of cigars I smoke. It doesn't help that a Churchill to one cigar company is a different length than another cigar company.

Same here. When I stick them in my humi, I can't imagine forgeting the info...but, many cigars and much time later my memory gets a little fuzzy.
