Anyone seen the clocks made from cigar boxes on Ebay? Look like a neat addition to a smoking room or office.

Pretty cool. Just as I noticed there was an Opus clock up for auction it ended :roll:

I've been trying to decide if I have the smarts enough to make one. I'd think you could get clock works at a craft store.

Then I'd just need to buy a box of Opus.

I do have a Hemingway box I could try it on :?

The clock parts are cheap, I used to make clocks in woodshop.

You're right, I saw those clock kits at Michaels when I bought some baking tools.
Probably under ten bucks.

I might even take a crack at it, I have a collection of boxes just sitting there as fuel for the next wildfire :lol:
