Cigar.com mistake in my order...

I ordered a C10 robusto, C18, 5 vegas and 50 honduran primeros.

Instead of the 5 Vegas they sent me another C10 (corona)... Obviously I don't mind this sort of mistake too much, so it's probably not worth complaining about it. I do wonder if it's worth mentioning to them just so they are aware there was a problem?
I'd be upset if I ordered a C10 and got a $2.88 5 vegas stick instead.

If they are gonna mess up, I'd rather they have "accidentally" sent me 50 C10's instead of the primeros :D

You should let them know - their customer service has been excellent in the short time I have been dealing with them. I think they would want to know if they messed up.

I just got off the phone with them. It sounds like the move to a new facility in Penn., upgrades, etc. have things a little more hectic then usual there.

Oh well, at least it benefitted me. Usually when a company screws up, the customer gets the raw end of the deal!

I'm showing it in my account as:

I think it is just a warehouse. I dont think they are open to the public. But, I'll flash my badge and we can get in and do a "suprise fire inspection" hehehehe

oh yes...those boxes full of cigars are all fire hazzards...they must be confiscated

yes, confiscated and destroyed one at a time by the most efficient means possible, burning them.

Haha - You got that right! It's a bit of a drive, but hey - just have to save some of the contraband for the drive home

Asica, sorry to hear there was a picking error. It sounds like it worked out in your favor. We are one of the only online companies that sell cigar singles allowing customers to just buy one cigar of what they want to try. The picking process associated with filling orders of singles can be difficult.

My apologies to you and anyone else that was inconvenienced by the upgrades overall this was done to improve our overal service to you and your overall experience with Cigar.com

As always we will stand behind our service, speed, and freshness.

Oh, no apologies necessary :) I've never had a bad experience ordering for Cigar.com, which is more then I can say for some other online cigar stores!

So... forgive me if this is a stupid question, but is cigar.com and cigars international the same company?
