Thanks to all your recommendations and a nice chat with Alex in the chat room last night I have taken the plunge and placed my first order with CIGAR.COM. I called it in and I must say the guy I spoke was a very pleasant person not the usual " operator " type person. I was told to expect my order by the middle of next week. So far I am very happy.

I got some sauza tequila cigars. I am a huge tequila fan these might just be perfect for me.

I dont remember his name. He was simply more friendly then most of the people I have delt with on the phone.

Alex, you have good people working for you. Tim and Donny are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy calling in my orders just to chat with them. :thumbsup:

Got my first order Sautrday. They threw in a Rocky Patel vintage 1990 buy four get one free I guess. Thx Alex and the rest of you for recomending them.. Waitng for order number two.

Just made my first puchase as well. Had a little trouble on my behalf but after a short phone call, my shipment is on its way. Great service, beats my local shop

I could not agree more! The staff at Cigar.com is tops in my book. I have spent hundreds with Donny and I mean HUNDREDS. I have not regretted one cent. Every order arrives on time and in perfect shape. I just got a box of Padilla Miami over the phone and then saw the free offer if you spend over $150 on an internet order. I called Donny and said, "I know you won't respect me in the morning if I don't at least ASK" :shock: he shipped my free-bees right away :wink: . That's what I was talking about in my last post. These guys know their business and take the time to spoil customers. Donny is also an avid cook so we trade cooking secrets as well. Well done fellas!!!!! Oh and Trav...... This is only the begining, don't look back
