Cigar Importation

Ok Yall,

I myself am not realy a smoker, more like a 'casual' one. Weddings, major parties, etc etc.
like I said in previous posts... I still like a long run and qualify with a rifle afterwards....

However, I get to talking with one of my workers who 'legaly' imagrated from Honduras. And he tells me that his sister is a 'big boss' in a tobacco company. Manys years in the industry...

Is there any regulation prohibiting Her from sending my worker some Super $$$$$ and fine Cigars??? A-Tobacco-F-E?

Thanks
Casual

If theres no problem, maybe I Amback can get ahold of her Co. and Amback could sell the 'finer things in life'.

First you need teh Import/Export License from the Feds, along with the proper Tax ID. Then you need teh proper State Tax ID, Wholesale Certificate, and Retail Licences. Once you have these, you need to file a DBA locally, and get in line with any local regs.
After you have completed all teh required red tape, you then must insure your products will stay in Top Shelf Condition with the purchase of Some Serious Humidors, and Humidifier agents. Credit Card transactions require PayPal, or more expensive applications, and Mail Order is free but slower. Am I getting you frustrated yet?
Quarterly Taxes, Yearly Inventories... :D

If you really want to get some cigars here, I have friend's that own
shops and can help you out!
If need be - email me and we can talk!

I own Distorted Services-Purveyor of Fine Cigars in Upstate NY. If those puppies arrived sans bands, they would be deemed 'legal' since they could not be identified(THIS IS VERY LOOSELY USED HERE). If one feels like paying $10-$50 a stick in Kingston Canada, remove the bands, and drive back down US81 to Watertown, the guys at the border will not mess with them. Now if those same cigars are in the box, or have those RyJ/Cohiba/etc bands on them, well, that border guy just got some free Cuban smokes for him and his friends(really, I don't know that for sure, but it does sound right  )
