Cigar rolling video clip

With all that goes into a cigar, it makes you wonder why they are not more expensive than they already are.

Very true...but I think the biggest part of it is the wages that the rollers are paid

based on the video it looks like it takes about 2 min to roll a cigar and stick it in the mold press, a roller could do 30 an hour at that rate, maybe closer to 20, then the guys out in the field picking the tobaco thats prety fast too for how much they can get, then theres the sorting and all that stuff. for an 8 dollar cigar i bet every one involved comes out ok in the end. i dont have any idea how they manage to make primeros and still make a proffit. i swear those things should cost at least 3 bucks each.

I just finished smoking a primero. I actually like those sticks! Sometimes the burn is a little bad, but hey, a dollar a stick isn't bad!!!

the primeros rock, you cant beat them for 1 dollar, even if they were 2 dollars they couldnt be beat.

That was cool. I had a chance to smoke a freshly rolled cigar while I was in cancun. In the lounge of my hotel there was a guy sitting there every night rolling cigars. I should have taken the oppurtunity.

that was really nice to watch bet those guys have joint problems after doing all that work day after day. part of the cigar mystique

Nice clip.
Have any of you seen the Fuente dvd's?
The footage inside the Opus X rolling room always brings tears to my eyes
