I just got the cigar.com newsletter. I cant wait!
This week Cusano announced the release of the Cusano DSG (Dominican Sun-Grown) which should be available for retail sale this April. This cigar is the first release we have seen from Cusano in the nearly two years since he introduced the critically acclaimed Cusano 18 Paired Maduro. The DSG, as the name implies is made with a rare Dominican Sun Grown wrapper which encases a complex blend of all Dominican tobaccos. Many of the rarest and most highly rated cigars in the industry boast a similar wrapper, including Fuente Opus X, La Aurora 100 Anos and Litto Gomez Diaz. This move by Cusano is clearly a statement that he can hang with any other cigar maker out there and in true Cusano tradition; the cigars will be a great value at little more than $5.00 a stick. According to Cusano Cigars, “this cigar will change your outlook on premium hand rolled cigars. The DSG has everything: flavor, body, quality and value.” Be on the lookout for these remarkable cigars later this year. If you want to be the first to try the Cusano DSG, Cigar.com Cigar of The Month Club members will be honored with a sneak preview in their February packages.
