Cusano P-1's were just recommended and I was told they promote the line as " If you like Padron-you will love the P-1."
Anyone smoke these?Are they like a Padron?If so at $1.50 a stick, this is a great cigar.
I just love the damp earthy taste of a Padron.
I smoke the 2000,3000 and londres because these are what I can afford.
Help- I need opinions.

Whoever told you that might be mistaken. The PA by cusano that they dont make anymore was blended to match a padron. The P1 is blended to match a punch maduro.

Oh I did not answer the question in full. Great inexpensive smoke. I prefer the Cigar.com red label that is very similar. Both are great.

I appreciate and believe your comments .I am only referencing web sites-that associate the P1 with a Padron type taste.
As I recall, the Cusano site makes the reference to Padron.
I'll just stay with Padrons- they deliver the taste.
I'll keep looking for an alternate.
Thanks- you kept me from wasting money- which is why I like this form.

you may want to try the padron fuma. It is less than 50.00 a box. mixed fill though. Glad I could help.
