...and at cigar.com they have it covered. It only takes a little bit of effort to make sure your customers are happy, and these guys go the mile.


I had a billing issue and needed to call cigar.com to clear it up. I called, did not have to wait at all and Donny answered the phone. Friendly and helpful as can be, he cleared up my problem and had a quick laugh at the picture in the catalog that looks like he is smoking the cigar with the cedar wrapped around it. :lol:

He checked to make sure I was happy with the Cigar of the month order…..Happy does not begin to describe…HELLO Gurkha :!:

That was the first time I’ve called and you guys are right, they are a great group over there and I am glad to have found them.
 
Those guys really know how to treat folks. They know their stuff.

I've never ordered from C.com. I found this forum through AmBack. I think posts like this will make me pay an extra buck or two to get my sticks from someone who has a good rep. Thanks for the ref....
