Anybody else have an interest in this fight? I am hoping that Oscar leaves him laying in a bloody mess when all is said and done.

I have been watching the HBO show leading up to the fight myself. It is very interesting to see there progress up to the fight. I am with you on De La Hoya open up a big industrial 55 gal drum of whop A** on him. Having seen both them fight before I think Oscar does have the upper hand.

I watched the first HBO show and left it at that, I can't take much of Mayweather or his cretin family and entourage. I'm glad that I am only pitching in $5 on this fight, lol.

What I'd like to see if Mayweather considers himself the best figher in the world is for him to climb into the ring with Chuck Liddel or Tito Ortiz. Of course, MMA is not "real" fighting.

Is this your opion or are you quoteing someone else?

I would say it is reaL fighting, but not boxing. Put a boxer in the octagon and he will get his tail kicked and vice versa. I personaly think Mayweather is going to pummel Oscar. Wish I could see it, but I am not going to pay the PPV price!!! Got burned on a couple Tyson fights, and refused to buy another PPV after that!

Bunch of us guys who box are going to get together and get the PPV. Should be a good fight. I haven't seen Oscar fight since he got knocked out with a kidney punch a couple of years ago, trying to fight up a weight class. Can't remember the name of the guy who did the honors off the top of my head.

All the best,

Joe

Bill, I was being sarcastic about MMA not being real fighting. I had that arguement with a co-worker who thought that it wasn't boxing so therefore not fighting. And I have heard Mayweather call himself the best fighter in the world.
