usually i wouldnt post what im gunna have for dinner, but today my wife and i are going to have a dinner party. its about 3PM right now. she should be home in two hours. I started prep last night. I started cooking at 10 am.
here is the menue
Apps:
- Baby Portabella mushrooms stuffed with herbed Falaffel and mozzarella.
- Hand made Kalamada Olive Bruschetta served with Italian loaf bread and olive oil with kosher salt and black pepper alternative
Dinner:
- Parmisan Encrusted Tilapia
- Mini Penne in spicy Vodka sauce
- Artichoke hearts and mushroom Iturbi (still need to make the stock for this one)
and to finish things off
a variation of bananas foster. fresh uncooked banannas sprinkled with surgar then torched to create a crust. topped with hommeade spiced rum ice cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
all from scratch. hell, i even pitted the olives myself.
