ok i live by myself in an apartment and come home from work around 6pm, eat something very easy and quick then watch tv and go to sleep at 11pm. Yes i know its the most exciting life ever.

I need some recommendations for things i can whip up quick. I generally eat a ton of pasta and pizza. Pasta is super eazy and i have a pizza maker. I just need some new meals that i can make fairly quickly after work while im tired and lazy. Im not worried about food being any special way like, fat free, or "healthy" :D

thinking i might go buy a new deep frier so i can make fried fish and french fries.
someone help.....

ill add i make some things from the show 30 min meals but they involve 30 mins of cooking. with pasta i put the sauce on and the noodles on and come back in 10 mins. that is what i like, i can go lay on the couch and relax while my food cooks on its own.

ok, i also make easy mac, "ghettos" (spaghetti 'os covered in shredded cheese), and ramen fairly often. but im looking for something i can cook and that will taste better. On the weekend i cook "fancy" meals because i love to cook but im just too tired after a work day.

Get yourself a good chilli recipe and the options are endless. Add noodles, sour cream, hot sauce, cheese, the list goes on.

should i go get a new deep fryer for fried fish or should i get a foreman grill for burgers and hot dogs? nothing beats a chili dog.

Being that you're in an apartment you might breathe a little easier with the Foreman grill. Unless you have a good air cleaner the deep fryer will remind you what you had for dinner a few days after the fact. Now if you have a balcony, the fryer is a good idea.

get some tortilla chips, chilli and a block of cheese. shred cheese on the chips, VERY generous. then spread chili on top of that. then put some more cheese on top. stick it in the broiler for about 3 min. some of the chips will be browned and the cheese will be completely melted. its really good and quick. theres also hamburger helper, and tuna helper is even better. you can find it on sale for a dollar a box. get a george forman and some pre made hamburger patties and some johnies season salt. hamburgers in 6 min! you gotta get good hamburger patties though. the 1/3 pound angus beef patties from costco are really good. tacos are real easy to make too. just brown the hamburger, throw in seasoning and water. then you just put it in a tortilla and throw some cheese on it and its all good. maybe some hot sauce and sour cream.

Chicken is easy in my book...I buy bags of frozen breasts and whip up whatever marinade I can think of, grill it, broil it, bake it...pan fry it..they are all pretty easy!!!

i tried hot dogs on my george forman, it didnt work too good. the outside was darkend and the inside was still cold. maybe they have to be thawed, cant remember if they were or not.

Have it delivered.
