They did not allow cigar smoking inside so the lunch break was also the cigar break for me and a couple others. Ended up placing 12th and was put out by my own stupidity. Did have lots of fun except for the no cigar rule.
That is the norm for poker in general. Most casinos won't allow cigars in the poker room tournament or ringer games. That is why I enjoy playing online sometime in the beautiful confines of my own home.
Our regular thurs night game involves cigars, pipes, tequila, beer, food and even some poker! This tournament was held in the offices
of a large company so I guess I can understand their reasoning.
