Ok, I know it may be hard for some of you to remember back that far, but I though it would be interesting to see, and maybe for you to look back and see how thinigs might have changed, so....

What was the very first cigar that YOU bought a full box of?

funny you should ask but im looking at my very first box and with my son just born my sweet wife got me a box of arturo fuente its a boy....so not only my first box but also a special one ty.. all oh its empty but loved them... :D

punch maduro (little rubustos). I still have the box and keep all of my valuable change in it.

CAO MX2 Robustos.
I kinda took a plunge into the deep end and bought a box when I finally found some. I'd been looking for them for a couple weeks, and well, one day I was at Binny's (local liquor store w/ a humidor) and spotted a box on the floor. $80 + tax for 20.
I guess I got a little overexcited, but it was my #1 want to try cigar at the time. My gamble paid off though. These things are great.

first box - c18
second or third - master blends, diploma natural.

The first box I purchased was Punch Rothschild double maduro. It's still one of my go-to smokes after all these years.

My very first full box was Puros Indious Churchill 7x53. Ordered them through a local cigar shop and paid a fortune. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me"

i love the cao mx2. I have a few in the humidor. They are great sticks. Have you tried the cao criollo?

Mine was Punch Gran Puro

Doc I just tried one of the vintage 1990's the other day and they are a great smoke for sure.

That's awesome! I really like the CAO Maduros. Have you had those? How do they compare?

Flor de Oliva 10th Anniversary robustos. I got them cheap on auction. Not bad at all for the price.
