As one astute observer noted, 'you gotta love da Frenchies; only they could come up with a field expedient bench rest that looks like a still shot from "Brokeback Mountain".'

I wonder how long he's going to "hold the position"? You'll notice that the mag is on the ground, the bolt is back, and the action is open. I guess that they wouldn't want to have an "accidental discharge". :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

FWIW I dunno my uniforms like I should but I've seen this listed elsewhere as French snipers too.......

i could be wrong but the rifle looks like an accuracy international something or other and iirc the french don't use them?
we are a very friendly people that's why we let you film the documentary about american cowboys in Wyoming in Alberta....
