I finally get to get out this weekend for another short camping trip. We leave tonight.........

I went once in the Mojave Desert, but now I'll be heading out to Lake Perris, they have tent camping near a shore line. I only need to pick out a few cigars now...

I realy wanted some beachfront camping - DEVILDOG - I was almost near camp Pendleton this wekend. But I guess out here in California you need to make some camping reservations months in advance.

I'm excited, I have food marinating, grill equipment ready to go, cooler packed.... I just need to pick out some cigars...I can't make up my mind, what would you all smoke?

I'd take a

For NC's I'd take

1 Punch Gran Puro
1 RP Sungrown
1 Cusano 18

Just a few of my current favs

Where were you thinking about camping down here? There are a few places that allow beach camping with no reservations. Just let me know next time and I can set it up for you.

Actually, on base we have beach cottages. Those require reservations a little while in advance. Like I said, if you want those just let me know.

What would I bring camping?.......

MX2
Cusano 18 paired maduro
CAO Sopranos
and of course........Opus (any)

Have fun, Thor!

Take 5 boxes; AF 858 Sungrown, AF 858 Maduro, Sancho Panza Barcelona, Maria Mancini Magic Mountain Maduro, and Indian Tabac Tomahawk. These will take good care of you. 115 cigars. Paul

Short trip to me means 3 days or so. 115 Cigars in 3 days is 38 sticks a day or 1.5 cigars every hour of every day. U wanna kill the poor guy?!?

Ah,

I'll just pack the cabinet hum and keep the air condition on in the car...

A shark? That's tempting. I just lit up an opus double robusto yeasterday....

I think an Opus will be in order, as ewll as a Cien Anos CHR, C18 Maduro CHR, C10 Robustos, A couple Ryj Cazadores.....let me think of a couple more...I know I'll either smoke all day, or not at all. It can get tough when it's 97 degrees...but that is why they invented the shade!

Go with churchills or larger

You'll certainly have enough time sitting around the campfire and such to smoke the largest ring guage, and longest length that you can find!

There's nothing like a Puros Indios Chief for those times when you really don't have anything better to do.

I am with Adam and Jeff, Cusano is the way to go, and then an Opus for a real treat!!

Nothing beats sitting on the beach smoking a Cusano 18!

Cien Anos
MX2
Patel Edge Maduro
Nording
Punch Rare Corojo
C10 Corona

And I'm surprised nobody has said this, a diploma.

Alright...This is how it went down....

Fuente 858 Sungrown
RyJ Cazadores
H. Upmann Tubo
Opus Super Beli
C18 Conn. Churchill
C18 Maduro Churchill
C10 Robusto
Graycliff Professionale PGX x2

That is all I had time for.....we were only there a day and a half!

The Opus Super Belis from 04 are smoking soooo good right now....Flawless burn and constrction was perfect! And the flavor was outstanding..I have three of these left, I can't wait to fire them all up!
