Being a University of Michigan football fan there are two teams that I absolutely loathe, guess who? Ohio State is one just because they are Ohio State and the other team is Notre Dame. Without a doubt the most pompous, stuck on themselves, living in past glory group of football fans ever, at least the ones I have met. For three weeks now all I have been hearing is how this is ND's year, national championship banter and how this years victory over Michigan is the first step.

What happened today? 8)

A) Notre Dame got whipped.
B) Notre Dame got humiliated.
C) Notre dame got destroyed.
D) Notre Dame got taken behind the woodshed.
E) All of the above.

Hail to the victors indeed, I celebrated with a Don Pepin Garcia Invictos and a few laughter filled phone calls. Good stuff, lot of other great happenings in the college football world today but none sweeter than the Wolverines destroying the not so Fighting Irish.

As a resident of Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Ohio State, and a diehard OSU fan. All I can say is:

GO BUCKS!!!!

The #! Ohio State University Buckeyes.

I absolutely hate U Michigan but I will cut you a break since you guys gave the Patriots our QB, Tom Brady. I honestly thought that Notre Dame would win, but congrats. Paul

When Notre Dame beat Penn State I was shocked to say the least, I expected them to win but not in the fashion they did, I don't know if it was that ND was that good or PSU sucked that badly. I don't care for PSU but I do have respect for Joe P. To go that long in coaching and run a program with the integrity he has done is very commendable, Bobby Bowden should take a lesson.

As for Ohio State...I begrudgingly give them respect even though I can't stand them, this may be their year. That is until the Wolverines come to the horseshoe and beat them like rented horses. :)

I love college football, I really do.
