I celebrated the First Cigar of the New Year with a Torano Reserva Selecta. This 5 x 40 Petite Corona Maduro was killer! With a creamy, oily burn and a sweet aroma, this cigar was smooth, creamy and sweet. It was mild to medium, with notes of wood, and spice, and a nutty finish. It went very well with the short glass of 1780 Jameson's. I hate champagne!
Happy New Year Gents! I wish all of you a prosperous, and healthy Future!

Over the past few years a number of cigars have been put out with the Torano label, and I've been anywhere from satisfied to VERY happy with the experience every time. Next time I make cigar purchases for restocking my humidors, I'll have to look over that label very carefully. Thanks for the reminder, and prepare for INCOMING!!!

Standing By! Torano is a great Cigar! I was leary of a lot of different ones, but little by little, I am introducing myself to them. A few labels have really surprised me. You will not be disappointed with the Torano 1916 Cameroon. Don't go run out and buy one just yet either...wait a couple days or weeks or so.

I've had a few, sent to me by various internet cigar friends. I think the one you mentioned was one of those I liked the most. I love Cameroon wrapped cigars. The Hemingway is one that comes to mind immediately.
