How do you cut?

For the most part I'll use my Xikar guillotine on everything except smokes with a flat cap in which case I pull out the punch. After reading Thor's and Macallan's posts a while ago about pinching the cigar I've been employing that method as well lately.

I use all three methods mentioned and a few others but most commonly a guillatine cut.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there such a thing as a Dick Cut?! I'm sure the guy in my cigar shop was telling me about some guy -the name escapes me...Dickman or something - who cut his cigars at a 45 degree angle thus giving him a massive draw. My Dad had his doctor use that on his 3 boys but I haven't seen it used on a cigar. (football referee) ouch ...too much info...bad visualization....roughing the reader....hahaa (football referee)

Try punching the wrapper of a torpedo. It is a hell of a fun way to smoke the cigar. It pulls the smoke up to the roof of you mouth.
