Humi puck

He posted on here a week or so ago I think. These would be fine for a travel humidor but probably have too few beads for anything else.

Hi guys.

The Humidi-Puck™ utilizes the same media that David at Heartfelt carries.

The "Tall" size will precisely regulate approx. 1080 cu in and the "Short" will regulate appox. 410 cu in.

Check out the features and list of authorized retailers at http://www.HumidiPuck.com

I have used them in a variety of containers for some time now.

Thanks for the support, it is greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Mark Neff

The Humidi-Puck™ is designed to replace the existing "creedo" or "puck" style round humidifiers that are found in the lids of virtually all desktop and travel humidors and are available in 2 sizes (same diameter, 2 different heights).

They utilize the moisture sensitive silica media (aka "beads) that are engineered to regulate and maintain a precise predetermined level of RH - either 65% or 70% whichever you choose.

Unlike other products, which utilize the green floral foam, the Humidi-Puck™ will both absorb and release water vapor in order to maintain the desired predetermined RH level. All without costly chemicals!!!

Each Humidi-Puck™ comes with Velcro™ so it can be mounted anywhere but is not attached when shipped so you can place it in the desired closed container if so desired.

Thanks again for the support bro, it is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

I was wondering how are the pucks recharged? Do you have to open it to re charge it> are the beads visible so you can determine how many beads are clear/white?? Thanks for the info

To charge the Humidi-Puck™ media, simply remove the lid & moisten the Humidi-Foam™ that is located between the media and the perforated lid.

The media is not visible but if the RH drops then you know it's time to recharge.

I have been using this for well over a year and it really does work well. It wasn't until the middle of last year that someone said I should patent the idea. So the process began. :D

Thanks again for the support, it REALLY is greatly appreciated!
