And they accpeted.

Since the family is growing, I have to buy a new house. Here is the link http://www.realtor.com/Prop/1069852181. My wife is really excited. Now all I have to do is sell my house and we will be all set. Anyone want to buy a 3 bedroom cape in Norton MA?

Thanks for the well wishes. The smoking room has yet to be built. It will be a Man Town on top of the garage, but I have lot to do to get to that point. First, I need to sell me house that I currently am in. Here is a link to it. I am not a big fan of how the pictures came out. I don't think they do it justice. Oh well. lets hope it sells so that I can close on the other one. If not, its back to the drawing board.

Brother sell you old house take that money move up here and you can buy almost the same house your looking to buy. It would be a little different though. About half the price that house comes with .45 acres here you could get at least 20 acres.

Then again if you want to work you might have to stay there. LOL Good luck on both the sale and the purchase.
