OHHHH!!! MY EARS, MY EARS!!!!! You spoke FRENCH!!! And a Moderator at that.
Bailiff, whack his peepee!!!!!
I went to The Little Pie Shop in Grand Central Terminal for a key lime pie last week, and they only had the eight inch pie. It's a lot cheaper than the ten, costing only $11.75, but it was gone so much quicker too. Not satisfying enough. There was something missing. Afterward I figured it out.
I think the formula for the area of a circle is the diameter squared. I could be wrong. Anyway, if you double eight you get 64, but if you double the diameter of a ten inch pie, you get 100, so it looks like I was missing 36 square inches of pie, or something like that.
Hey, what's that pie r squared formula? Hmmmmmmmm, hold on, . . .

Just to stay on topic, let's keep in mind that I'm brewing a Freedom Press of Tanzania Peaberry right now, a delicious coffee that it's been years since I've had.
Okay, the radius of a circle that's eight inches in diameter is four, so pie r squared would be:
3.1416 x (4 squared) = 50.27 for an eight inch key lime pie
and
3.1416 x (5 squared) = 78.54 for a ten inch key lime pie
Hey, any way you slice it  it was a lot less pie, but that's all they had. :dunno:
