Hey guy's first time buying from Cigar .com ...a little bit disappointed Donny.... I bought the Robusto 10-pack and 2 of the sticks were bad one just a little crack at the end but there is a gaping hole in the role from the end the other is well totally dried and cracked and peeling with the outer wrap ....I'm sure Donny and Cigar.com will do something for me...question is should I send the sticks back or smoke the little cracked one and throw the other out? Is there an email to send the pics too.. Thanks.... Thesmoke
Juat call them. I think they will take care of you. I have never had a problem with anything from CCOM

Ya I think Donny will make it right...I smoked one of the montecristo's in that package tonight...DAMN and I mean DAMN what a nice stick period....with a nice sigle malt VERY impressed so sorry the other was ruined...thanks for the help with the pics..Thesmoke

Well, I have only had bad sticks from one company that I have ordered from, and it wasn't c.com. I am sure they will take care of you. I have had damaged cigars from other places, and they make it right. I must add that cigar.com is probably the only place I have ordered from that I can smoke a cigar right off the delivery truck. The others need at least a couple weeks. C.com kicks ass.
And to reply to another post.....I have tried all the c.com labels, and the cuban and the cameroon are awsome. The others are OK, but could use and improvement.

Well my computer laided it's eggs last week so I have not been able to update my situation....LOL...spoke to Donny and he did everything like a pro...he's makin things right ....never had a doubt...very pleased with customer service can't wait for my new box of sticks...The Smoke
