Possible the funniest name for a coffee bean I have had the pleasure of drinking.
This coffee bean comes from Mysore India, a large bean!
Yes I have large nuggets
A hard to get coffee, that only comes on the market for a short period every year.
A smooth coffee with flavors that remind me of banana.
Yes I said it Banana!
I just re-ordered an extra 5 pounds for my stash to make sure I have some all year round.
This is hands down on my top 5 of the must have coffee list.
Just shipped some to our friend Bloofington, can't wait to hear what
he has to say after he cups some of this coffee!
On a side note, I almost never use suger in my coffee, but a spoon
full of suger really brings out the flavors in this bean.
Hope everyone is enjoying a good cup of coffee this morning!

18 months if kept right.
That is easy, burlap bag at room temp.
The beans need to breath, so no glass jars & the such.
I roasts everyday and use the beans 24-36 hours after roasting.
Never keep anything past a few days.

18 months? Wow, I like that. You can stock up on different beans and not worry about having to roast them in a hurry. Excellent!

2 months into roasting I had 100 pounds of coffee.
I have been roasting for all my friends & family.
There is no better coffee!

Harry The Hippo and his gang have been notified that good, fresh coffee by the railroad tank car full can be had at both the Coelho household and Crest's Castle!!! Start brewing folks, the hippos are headed your way. Oh, and you won't have to mow your lawns for a while, either. :D

Great news for me, first I need my grass cut & I have plenty of coffee.
I enjoy having company as well, so I hope Harry and the Gang are
ready to party!

I was just trying to figure out how CC knew about the time the stem on my bicycle seat broke, now, those were my sore nuggets.

Perhaps because he has his own big banana!!! You guys with the nuggets and big bananas have to watch yourself on bicycles.
