Nice work montana. That tubed Reserva de Chateau is amazing. I had one earlier this year. Hold onto it for new years.

I've only smoked 1 box of 10 so far, so I'm no authority. But here's what I found:
It's a good mild smoke with a decent aroma. Out of the 10, 3 were plugged badly. I have more (all from 2001), but I'm gonna let them sleep for awhile.

How are the C18 Paired Maduro's? I have 2 robustos sittin in the ole humidor... do they need time in the dark, or are they ready for the flame?

Syntax, I picked a Cusano 18 paired maduro robusto at my local shop on Saturday and smoked it that day. I thought it was an excellent smoke. Definately look to buy a box after the holidays.

Mild... Plugged... this does not sound like a cigar I would enjoy. I guess I just like a cigar that makes me feel like someone hit me in the face with a 2 x 4.

Exactly, the bigger beating a cigar gives me the better.
At least the LGC's weren't expensive.

cusanos

Montana, I see you had a lot of Cusanos in that order
Love the C18 Double Connecticut, had a Corojo which started out good but went south when I had to relight

Just had a C10 Corona and dont know about it. My taste buds might be dead now but I expected a little bit fuller body or stronger but it might just be me. Appreciate any comments on the C10 or Corojo. Ordered more Corojo and going to try again.

Most of the Cusano's are Christmas gifts for clients and co-workers. I am going to try the paired madors. Of course the Fuentes are for me. I've enjoyed the C18's, but have never tried the c10's. Buying the Diplomas based on Macallans love afair with them. Placed an order for a couple of the Padron 26 aniversary's today as well as a Fuente Anjeo.

dinoa, I really like the 18's and also the C2 (I think I'm the only one here that like's the C2), but I don't care for the 10.

c2

thanks for the input Montana and Paintbrush

Paintbrush--how does the C2 compare to the C18? I am going to try the paired maduro probably in my next order

The C2 has a slightly sweeter aroma/taste and is a milder smoke than the 18.

thanks, I might try a few of those when I do an order. reading the reviews posted on their page, the only complaint seemed to be some problem with plugged but I think I try one

I've ordered so much that I've been getting a package at least twice a week for the past 3 weeks. It got to a point where my wife is rather upset (especially when I received my last order from cigar.com yesterday). Got everything in time for the holidays. Looks like I'll have some great smokes for the Christmas/New Year break from work!
