Yesterday I bought a new gun.
It is a romainian AK47 altered to look like a tommy gun.
Just something for when the cigar buddies come over and want to play out in the back feild.
Or we are invaded by a foriegn nation!

i have a romanian that i put a fiberforce stock on. I also added a scope mount and a red dot site. I bought 2 50 round mags but haven't had the time to mill the gun yet so that they will fit. I leave it at my mom's but i will try to get a picture before too long.

I have a SKS with the fiberforce stock as well as one with original stock.
I figured another nice toy would be a good thing

yea they are a lot of fun. I used to have some videos of a couple of us shooting it...

now you just have to bump fire it, that is always fun.

Lucky you guys. I have a romanian AK that shoots a .223 round. Put 10 rounds through the thing and it jammed up really beyond repair. Say goodby to $400.00 I am still pissed that the store would not take it back.

hmm mine shoots 7.62 and always fires very well. What did you do with the gun macallan? I would sort of like to take the challenge of fixing it for you.... Mine is emaculate i take every piece apart and clean it after a shooting session.

I been having trouble taking pictures.
(as soon as my wife tells me what she did with the camera  )

I have to go pick it up - the day I went to the store I had no ID so
I paid for it, but didn't get to take it home

After I pay for a gun I don't get to pick it up for ten days.:boohoo: :boohoo:

They are a lot of fun, with a 1000 rounds of good ammo selling for sub $100. Just remmember that semiautos (after assuring a clean lubed action and an unobstructed bore) require good ammo and good magazines. A bad mag or low powered ammo will take all of the fun out of it. I always take plenty of cigars to the range as it combines two favorite things.

i use wolf and have not had any problems, put many many thousands of wolf rounds through my gun.

Wolf 7.62x39 is excellent, but then I haven't come across any new 7.62x39 that isn't excellent. I surfed around looking for a Thompson lookalike AK and came up with zip...it sure sounds cool. Kaz, I always bring enough cigars to the range to share with others...guns, cigars and the great outdoors, dang, I'm getting excited!

i bought my dad a taurus raging bull 45 for xmas last year, went and paid at the gun shop, they said ok 10 days it should be here and you can pick it up. for some stupid reason the guy assumed i had a concealed weapon permit and didnt fill out the right paper work so i had to wait another 10 days! i was soooo pissed.

Great ammo CC, and a great price! These rifles are also a blast with a scope mount that replaces the top cover and allow for mounting an Aimpoint red dot sight. You will be able to snap shoot anything from 10 yards to 200 yards as quick as you can pull the trigger with no misses. The Aimpoint(as seen in all of the pictures from the sandbox) is parallax free so if you can see the red dot you are on target without the normal concern for cheek weld.

Very Interesting?
I just have the sites the gun come with on both My SKS.
I do pretty good at 40 yards.
I haven't meet a metal can I couldn't kill yet
I can'r be buying any other toys & shouldn't of bought this one, but
well I am sure you understand!

CC, I do understand for sure. I am certain that the Castle is well defended! The fact that you can have a range in your back yard is awesome, I have to drive to my hunting lease, or, the rifle range. Regards
