well as of now it looks as if prop 86 is not gonna pass. Let's all keep our fingures crossed.

in ohio issue 4 failed and issue 5 passed.
issue 5 is a TOTAL indoor smoking ban. The only way you can smoke indoors in ohio now is if you are in a smoke shop. (if you make 50% of your money from tobacco sales, you are a smoke shop)
issue 4 was a smoke LESS issue. it gave everyone the right to choose if you were smoke free.

Lost in translation
Looks like we won some but lost others. I'm really glas that prop 86 in Cali got shot down. If that passed you know there would be other states that would try it next and we would all be in a world of hurt.
