Question about humidity

I have a Oasis and I've placed it under my tray in the humidor. I'm finding that my sticks on the tray (Put two hydometers in) are not getting all the humidity.

Which is better? Humidity element high or lower in the humidor? I know there will be some difference but for some reason it's big in mine.

Humidity rises, so its better on the bottom. Is there space for airflow from the bottom? I know many people take the trays out of their humidors because they can't get airflow.

I have seen that too - I make sure I keep some space for the humidity to be more even. In my larger humidors I supplement the Cigar Oasis with some beads - that keeps it nice and even and helps prolong the water cartridge.

Just my 2 cents.

I used to use them in a coolidor. Now, they sit on a couple of shelves in my Avanti wine cooler.

Nice Humidor Brenda!! I need to get a wine locker, It's always so hot in my apartment....The air conditioning doesn't help!
