Anyone get an order only to find several smokes got mold very quickly? Wondering if I got an exception to the rule or it happens with some discount companies.

Not good.
I would take a few photos and send to the person or retail location you purchased them from. Instead of asking for a refund, tell them you still want the cigars and ask for them to send you another batch. And if they don't have anymore cigars to send you, then ask for a refund as a last resort.

Thanks for the good advice. If it happens again, I’ll know what to do. It spread very quickly to other cigars on that level of the humidor. Had to toss them all.
