WTF? 91* today? Average high is 80. This sucks! My grass is dead, my car is filthy and we need over 18" of rain to end the drought. NC already moved to stage 3 Extreme Drought conditions and SC is very soon to follow. This means you caanot water your lawn at all and any water use that results in runoff will be prohibited- car wash, watering flowers by hand etc.

Welcome to the party brother. Alabama's been in stage 3 most of the summer. The lakes are so low that experienced boaters that have been on the lake all of their lives are wrecking into stumps/rocks/bottom all summer. I've mowed a total of 3 times this entire mowing season (which isn't all bad...)

While I'm on my knees asking for some liquid sunshine for us, I'll put in a word for y'all too (though, I must be on the outs with the big Man upstairs. Hmmm...)

No rain is freaking terrible. Extreme drought from well over 3 months is unacceptable. Yeah..the ramps on Lake Wylie have been closed for 2 months now.

I hear ya. Opening weekend of Grouse season in Northern Michigan (Sept 15th) saw lows in the 30's and highs in the 50's. Perfect bird dog weather. I was just up the beginning of this week, and it was 89 DEGREES!!!!!! Average high is only 64 this time of year! My dogs are in field-trail shape, and they could only last 1/2 hour at the most. Which was fine, cause I was sweathing like a (insert expellative here).
