I had a blood draw because we are looking at changing life insurence. They came back saying that something was not right and put me in a high catagory. My wife asked what it was and they will not send it to you unless they have a signature. I talked to them and faxed a signature and they were suppose to fax it to my wife. Well they have not and are on the East coast so we have to wait until Thursday. I was not worried about it until I talked with the lady and said I don't think anything is wrong with me as I just had a physical and came out healthy as a horse. She said I should review it with my doctor when I get it. :x . I am sure things are fine, but this is just frustrating that they did not fax it.

What kind of people would draw your blood and their only response is "Well, this ain't normal." What kind of sickos run that joint?

Hope everything goes well for you cause that's a messed up situation for them to leave you out on a limb like that. Freaking people out without any sort of test results is weak sauce.

Martin, I think everything will be ok. It could be just your white BC count up, maybe a little infection. There are quite a few virus' going around lately, so I wouldn't loose too much sleep over it. Keep us posted.

Capt is right - could just be a virus. Shoot me a PM if you want - I have enough experience with life insurance - I may be able to provide you with some insight if you'd like, man.

I've heard of this before. It's usually a high sugar level, or a high cholesterol level. Usually something you and your doc. can work out. Usually.

Yes, usually  Don't worry too much, I'm sure you're fine. Best of luck brother.

If you want I could call some guys to take care of these people for ya. You know cement coat type stuff

First an for-most - did you get my mailing address?
There needs to be a clear explanation of where & when to ship your cigar collection -

Doctors suck!
They make big deals out of small things, and make life crazy!
I would not worry until you know what is what.

FWIW I was misdiagnosed with Hep B last year. Lab monkeys aren't perfect and it could be nothing. I will be thinking of you regardless.

Well I should find out today. This wasn't my doc, but the under writers. I thought maybe it would be blood suger, but when I said that they did not tell me not to eat like I was told for my physical. The gal said that was not it. My cholesterol level has been good and going down. Once I went to class last night I forgot about it and slept well when I got home.

CC, I would, but I only have three cigars from the place you like.

Cheers

Its ok, you can send the rest to me.

Martin,
Don't worry about what you do not know. Can't start that until you know there is one, and most likely there is not. Life insurance companies will find any reason to increase your premuim and get more money out of you.

Well the paper work said High cholesterol, which their sheet said "should fast". When we asked about fasting they said we did not need to. The paper work also said I had enzymes in my liver? Not sure what that means, but I faxed it to my doc to see what he says.

Good news. The isurence companies blood test said I had high liver enzymes count, like 140 and 160.

I went to my doctor and had a blood test done and they were all in normal range. So I am all healthy.
