Stick in my REO

I smoked a REO tonight and it had a crummy burn with an off taste. I let it go out a bit before half way done, and noticed a minute later a hard line under my wrapper. After taking off the wrapper I pulled out what seems much more than a vein, it was very thick, like part of the stalk, and it ran all the way up the cigar...

I love RP and always will, should I mail them the band and the "stick" with a nice letter to maybe replace it?

Advice?

I forget where I got this one, I've had it a while.

I'll email someone the picture, I am still away from home till mid July, and figuring out how to post a pic with this dial up connection would be less than desirable. If someone posts there email, i'll email it to them on wed when I get my new phone.

Thats very generous of you Alex! I just bought a box of Punch from CCOM and had great customer service as usual, it comes in today!

I had an REO similar to Banihex's about seven months ago, only difference was that mine bad cigar had a vein that was big enough that it would have looked at home on Lou Ferrigno's neck.

I've smoked maybe 5 of them since and had no troubles, maybe just a bad day at the factory?
