I just purchased a box of St. Luis Rey Belicoso and Oliva Robustos and i want to storm them for a number of years before i smoke them. I am wondering what is the best, easiest, cheapest way to store these puppies. I know i can put them in a cooler, but from those who do that, what is the best way to storm these fine smokes?

thanks

You mean what is the best way to store them in a cooler? If so, just the same way as in a humidor. Get the humidity right and put them in. I take the lids off or bend the hinges back so the lid can't close. This helps the humidy to circulate better in my opinion. Also, mold can form on the bottom of the box if its not moved around and exposed to air, so you you might want to put something under the box.

Vince had his in plastic garbage bags but plastic garbage bags are not airtight even though they seem to be. Maybe those new giant Ziploc storage bags would be an option.

If you want to do it right, but a cabinet or large humidor and a cigar oasis. A cooler will run to much risk of mold.
