I just got all the things to build my coolerdor.. Cigar oasis plus and three cedar trays. I think that I want to go home and put it together. And to think that about a month ago I thought that a 50 ct was way to big...That led to my 120 ct that there was no way i was going to fill. I wonder when my wife will notice, and what it is going to cost me for a "payoff".

your in for the long haul, now! be sure and give us some pics when you get 'er done!

any "how to's" on the web and where are you getting the materials-cedar trays, etc.?"

There is a lot of info on this forum, all you would have to do is search for coolerdor, and I am sure you can find that thread pretty quick.

There you go!

this is were I got the trays from, as well as the cigar oaisis. the cooler is just an iglo cooler form Wal-mart. let if you have any questions I will try to help

I can't find the trays on this site.

there is five avalible on e-bay for 15 bucks each, type in spanish cedar trays. I just got Three trays from bargin humidors today.

I just gotr an E-mail from Bargin humidors. They are waiting to see if they are going to get the Cedar trays back in stock.

just go to you local cigar shop, get a few old cigar boxes, take them apart & make your own shelves, or hit the lumber yard & get a plank of spanish ceder & cut it to size ., if you dont have a saw
( like me ) they will cut it for you (like they did for me ) first cut was free, 50 Cents per cut after that, so I paid 20 bucks for the 6 foot x 12 inch x 3/8 inch piece of spanish ceder & an extra 2 bucks to have it cut, I was finished in 5 minutes when I got it all home,
( I do have a drill ) , & I was in business the next day, 70/70 & full of cigars .
Enjoy, Vince

Thanks, Vince.
That's exactly what I'll do.

that is actually what I did before I founf the trays at Bargain humidors. Take a nice sized cedar ciar box, remove the hinges to make two trays out of it... drill a bunch of 1/2 inch holes in the bottoms and there you have it...cedar cigar trays that allow the air to pass through them.

How/what is the best way to remove the adhesive box wrappers from the cigar boxes? I have several cedar boxes sitting in the closet just keeping away the moths at the moment.

The boxes I used did not have wrappers; just fire branded logos. I would think that you could leave the wrapper on them though, if you did not mind the way it looks...
