The trouble with vacation is that it ends. Duh..... I have just returned from 3 weeks at the lake and today was my first day back at work. I now have to go through the "I hate this darn job" part of the end of vacation. I slept late. I went fishing every day. I smoked many wonderful cigars and drank alot of beer. I ate sausage and bacon and eggs and pot pies and steaks and fruit and corned beef hash and coffee. I watched humming birds slurp the red stuff and blue jays and yellow breasted something-er-others eat the seeds I put out. I read 3 books. I got sun burned as I floated on the air mattress with my wife. I got bug bit. I spent 4 hours a day on my boat. Man, I had a great time. I hate the end of vacation. I hate work. I hate my commute. I love life and I love my wife. I love the dogs. I love those darn birds. I love the campfire and cooking outdoors. I love a great cigar but I hate a bad cigar. With my corned beef hash I smoked a cinco vegas "A" series, with my sausage I smoked a Rocky Patel sun grown. With my steak I smoked a pueblo dominicano. With my ale I smoked a rocky patel vintage 1992. With my pot pies I smoked a Gurkha double maduro. With my Knuskies bacon I smoked a R. Hansotia triple ligero. While fishing I smoked whatever I wanted. Yeppers I had a great time. I must admit that I missed reading all your posts and being a part of this forum. Sounds like you all had great adventures while I was away. I prayed for each and everyone of you each night and will continue as always. I caught alot of fish, many large mouth bass and even a few smallies. I kissed each one as I set them back in and watched em swim away free. I hope each and every one of you have the time to take a step off the merry-go-round of life this summer and enjoy life. The way this world is headed, we don't have much time. God Bless you all, Hope you are well.
