so, c.com forget a stick from one of my orders a few weeks ago- not a big deal at all to me, really just would have taken that one stick at a later point, but donny and c.com went above and beyond!!! not only did they send me the cuesta rey they forgot, but also sent a rp 1992 robusto, 5 vegas classic (double corona i think), and a 5 vegas series A apostle!! now thats customer service!!
I had a very minor issue that cigar.com took care of right away. They truly know the meaning of customer service.
I love those guys.........always right on top of every detail. My wife doesn't like em though.................LOL Hey maybe it's me she doesn't like, I dunno. She took away my debit card. :m16: This mean WAR!
