Jihiggs posted in the happy thanksgiving thread that he was going to smoke an el cobre...and the old light bulb went off... :idea:

With the new Camachos that have reccently come out, I have totally forget about the EL. The one that I had from Cigar .com was great. I want more.

Has anyone heard anything? :?:

Those should actually be coming in very very soon....

It's been a wait, but thewy are coming finally.....I'd say a week or two...

I have a box on order right now. Should come in anytime now he said.

I love these so much that when I asked for them he wanted to know what size as he couldn't get all of them; I told him I didn't care what size just to get me the damn sticks.

Really? They're in the sales catalog. I ordered them through House of Tobacco in Algonquin. Maybe I misunderstood as I have several boxes on order. He might have been talking about one of the others.

La Perla has a Rojo and a Cobre (Red and Copper).

But these are nothing like the El Cobre.

Thats likely where the confusion is.

I know of those and despite his deep Indian accent, I couln't misunderstand him that badly. He has those anyway and would have just pointed them out. He was probably talking about my MX2's that were backordered and I just misheard.

No actually I haven't been into the shop in weeks. I don't have room for any more cigars until my new frigidor is online so I don't want to go in and tempt myself.
