LMAO!!!!

Just got back from the beach for a week. Prices weren't too bad, worst I sae was 3.29 for regular. Still is sick to say, but, at least it never hit 5 bucks they were saying was possible!!!

Well cowboy, when the prices I saw at 3.29 are down to 2.95 and below already, I'm not too concerned with prices soaring over 5.00. I think if they would have, it would have been over the last week, not this one, and if they were still uncertain, the prices wouldn't be dropping as they are here. Now granted I am where the government is!!!

Prices are still rising here in New Mexico, and the pipelines leading out of the gulf coast go east, they don't even come our direction.

Around here they are starting to dip back below $3. I saw $2.85 yesterday.

I filled up on Friday at $2.92 a gallon...I don't know what it's at now, but it's definitely gone down in the last week or so.

Still $3.30 at the local 711 for about the past 7-10 days, after jumping from $2.67 to the new price three days after Katrina.

You guys are complaining about 3.30?!?! One of the local BP's here went to 3.50! Right now the lowest in town is 2.94.

Actually after 9-11 one of our gas stations jacked their price up to 6 bucks. Then they got slapped with a huge fine. Served 'em right.

Is that place in Atlanta still charging 6$ a gallon? They came out with that price about two days after Katrina. I know the politicians down south voiced strong opposition and vowed to crack down, but you know folks will get away with it as long as they possibly can.

costs me about 45 bucks lately. thats every 8 or 9 days. almost 200 bucks a month just in gas. gotta wonder if its worth it to just take the bus.
