My local Shoppe is having a tasting event for Zino cigars. Anybody ever try these.

I have a Zino Platinum Sceptre, but haven't tried it out yet.

If it's a cigar event, and they're handing out free Zino's, you've got nothing to lose.

Been a long time since I put mine up in flames, but i remember it being a fairly mild stick. Had nice quality and burned well, but for me was not memorable.

I agree with Doc...Event + free stick(s)= No Brainer :D

My experience was not all that great. Pretty mild not alot of flavor. I got mine at my local shop let it rest for about two weeks. Not worth the ten bucks I paid for it.

I like Zino's, I have smoked several of their line and find them very tasty for a mild cigar. I bit more flavor than the standard Ashton line or Don Diego's (Playboys) for example.

as i was told by the rep while i was at a zino tasting, they are not actually a "mild" cigar, but they do have those qualities.
I thought it was a good cigar and i saw the mildness also. I have to smoke a very mild cigar if i am smoking in the morning even though i usually smoke strong cigars. this cigar would be great for a morning round of golf or something. not sure if i would like it with coffee.

great smoke , the cost is a little on the high side for the platnum series , & the base Zino line in the gold sleves are just ok in my book, I like the grand master the best, & the low rider is just fine also, the chubby has a good taste & aroma but small for the price
when the cigar first hit the market place they had a promotion send in 15 bands & get a Swiss army knife with a cigar cutter in it with the Zino logo on the knife & on the blade, , , , It is a great addition to my pocket knife collection & it has a fine scissor type cutter in it, I carry it all the time when I am not going to the airport !
Enjoy, Vince

I have a few of the Conn. series. It certainly has a lot of flavor for a milder cigar, but I'm not sure if I would consider it worth the price. You'd be better off buying Cusano 18's. Of course, I wouldn't turn down a free one.
