Weekends work best for me too. My wife and I love Vegas, plus we have family down there so it can be a two fold trip. Just let us know.

My wife and I would love to come - due to work schedules, we can't commit to any dates right now. If we can make it though, we will!

If we can get about 20 people it would be about 600-700. for Sep 24-26ish. Please let me know now what people think. This is including a catered banquet at the Flamingo

Edit, I am guessing a bit high

$600 to $700 each? Think of all the cigars you could buy with that money.

Our room this last weekend (at the Stardust, which is no longer) was $370 for three nights.

And, we could all just go to a buffet.

Remember, some of us on this forum are a bit po'.

The most of the cost is in a caterd banquet. I am going to talk to them on Monday to see if we can just get a meeting room and worry about food other ways.

The rooms are going to be 130 a night, so Like I sad I am working on the other things. I want as many people to come as possible.

My wife and I would love to go. I'm not sure how we would work out the logistics of the tribe and all but none the less we will try.

Here is the latest that I have. Please let me know if anybody is now thinking that htey are not going to make it.

Unfortunately with the new law that passed the only place you can smoke would be the casino or the sports book. You can only smoke in a smoking suite King Suite. Please note that if you are thinking of having your meeting in a suite, it’s not going to fit 20 people or have enough tables or chairs. We also can not add or remove furniture in a suite.

So unfortunately the only thing I can suggest would be the sports book or the bars on the casino floors. Not a great place for a meeting though.

Sorry I’m of not much help. Please let me know if you have any other questions or when you are ready to lock in rates with a contract.

September is doable for me but will need some dates. So if we could start seeing what everyone else is thinking so that we can really start planing this thing. I will need several months to get the time off work.
