out in the sticks w/ my sticks
when looking at lighters ive notice different types of flames advertised. what are the pros/cons of different flames:

torch
duel torch
circle
jet
laser

You forgot flamethrower!

I like a single flame torch for small ring gauge cigars and a double torch for larger ring gauges. I love a torch becuase it lights my cigars quickly and evenly.

i prefer cedar sticks, but outside i normally use a jet lighter, just dont use a zippo!!!!, no bueno

I use the torch for all. Just remember to rost the cigar first and it will be an even burn every time IMOP or close to it.

Unless it is a Zippo with an insert - I swear by mine.

Laser? Wouldn't that just heat up a small spot or else burn a hole straight through the cigar?

Zippo has a new odorless formula which i believe will not leave any nasty after taste in your cigar...im going to pick up a can of it tomorrow i can post again if you guys want to hear how it goes.

Or pop a house full of popcorn 8)

zippo all the way bro. Just roast the end until all is nice and red(without touching the flame to the foot of the cigar) then blow out of the cigar a little bit and then take that sweet sweet first drag. works perfect every time. :p

Wonderful reference to a great movie Heath!

I roast it first and then toast it with a torch. Perfect burn!

I'ev got a single and a triple torch, but sometimes I go old school and pull out the big box 'O kitchen matches and go for it (if it's not too windy).
