I recently purchased a box of cigars from a nice estate sale and tried researching the company ( La Insular) and found information on the factory building in Manila Philippines that burned down in 1944. Does anyone know if they relocated or are these cigars 80 years old?

I found this cigar box which belonged to my father.. I believe it is from the 70s-80's. All 25 cigars are sealed and certified. Can somebody help me with their value and if they can still be smoked?
