Well, the protocol is still sort of evolving. The first pass we did had only 4 people involved, so each person mailed a bag of their coffee (a 1/4 to 1/3 of a pound) and a cigar to the other three people. It wasn't really a pass as we didn't want to deal with having the coffee get stale while mailing (it would have had to go around twice to make sure everyone got a sample of each coffee)

For the next pass, if it is a similar sized group, I would recommend the same process. If it is larger, I would suggest randomly assigning each person 3 or 4 names and having them send coffee/cigar to those people. This would keep the coffee fresh and also keep the coffee/shipping costs reasonable.

Reviewing previous posts, it sounds like the following people are interested:

If we do have more than 5 people interested and everyone would like me to, I would be more than happy to handle the name assignment.

USMC 6672 joined on as well - I'll post the list of people tomorrow afternoon (one last chance for a few other people to jump on) and then that gives everyone some time to get their coffee/cigars together to send out next week hopefully.

Can't wait! I loved the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe I got so much, that I placed another order (along with some other stuff) And will be sending it out to my list...I think I'll keep the smokes a secret :twisted:
