I just thought I would relate my experience of dealing with MDcigars.com with you all, in an attempt to avoid anyone else receiving the same bad service that I received.
First of all I made an order for 30 cigars (3 boxes of 10's, some Montecristo #4's, some Partagas and some Romeo y Julietta). Several days later I receive an email from MDCigars.com saying that they have to wait for my credit card to be accepted because I'm from the UK and don't want any hassle. Fine not a problem with that.
However a week later, I receive another email from MDCigar saying they're sold out of all the cigars I ordered except the Romeo y Julietta. So I cancelled the order.
After receiving this email, I placed an order with Cigar.com, went to the pub, came back to check the status and found my order has already been shipped.
So the purpose of this thread was firstly to warn you all of MDCigar.com and secondly a big thank you to cigar.com for offering such an excellent efficient service to me all the way over here in the UK. Keep up the good work!
N.B I placed the order with MDCigar.com before I discovered the wonderful world of Cigar.com!!!
