Somewhere down in Texas
We are down to $2.89 a gallon at some stations. I filled up my truck today for $56.00. Haven't seen that in a while.

What are you guys paying?

Went up to $2.99 here in Central Texas today. I guess they heard the rest of the US is still over $3?

I noticed the CEFCO on 2410 across from the post office was $2.99 this morning.

Gassed up the truck yesterday- 3.59 minus 1.00/gal (grocery store rewards). Came to $ 44 and change for around 17-1/2 gallons. Prices have been fluctuating from $ 3.38 to 3.69 in January and the lowest I saw yesterday was $ 3.419 in Sheffield, Mass.

$3.29 this morning at my preferred store.

I'll withhold my rant.

Just filled up my truck for $70.00.

It was $3.08 per gallon at Costco yesterday. If I was worried about gas prices, I'd sell my Suburban.

My only question is during the Bush administration gas prices were hovering around $2.00/gallon but the wars were suppose to be about getting the oil people rich. For the last four years, it's been higher than ever, what's the excuse now?

Who knows?

I really wish America would cut ties with OPEC and start more domestic drilling. We have enough oil on the North American continent to satisfy our oil hunger for decades or more. That and just think of the jobs to boost the economy.

Ouch. How long will that last? A full tank will last me 3-4 days.

Usually, that will last me about 7 to 8 days. Will be driving a lot in the next month though - so I will blowing through that quickly. Lots of driving to clients coming up and the trip up to Boston in 2 weeks. Well worth the $$ though!!!

I payed $80 to fill the Dodge Ram I'm driving (it's a rental while my Kia SUV is in the shop). I hope they get done with my Kia soon. I'm going on a hunt in the Del Rio area next weekend. I'm not looking forward to that gas bill if I have to drive the truck there.

We have been paying well over a dollar a litre here for quite some time now. Costco gives a discount ranging from 6 to 10 cents a litre, so that helps. Lately however there seems to be a bit of a drop down to just under that, so its not so bad.
My Liberty burns through about $40.00 a week - I have it locked in 4 Wheel Drive right now - so its not so bad.
