In recognition of the support from Cigar.com and Thor of this board I wanted to order some sticks from them. I placed my order on line Monday(holiday) and went with standard shipping. My order arrived Thursday morning at 9:30AM. Thanks for the service
 
Placed an order Monday (6/6) afternoon for 3 Camacho Corojo Dark Monarcha and 3 Punch Rare Corojo Rothschild and it just arrived. Have them in my travel humi already and am looking forward to enjoying them soon.

I haven't found anyone yet that comes close to the superior customer service that they provide. It's one of the few places that I enjoy placing a phone order with. A+ in my book!

I'm very satisfied with the service. I was thinking of going someplace else with my current order. But decided they've earned my business.

Cory hasn't even hassled me for tormenting him. Every other day I've been adding something new to my order.
 
thats one thing i love about cigar.com, the real people support is almost always left out in todays business models.
 
I'm just a beginner and ordered my first smokes from cigar.com about a month ago. I followed up with a couple of orders since. On one order they substituted one cigar with another product and after one e-mail and a phone call they offered to refund the price of the original cigar and I could keep the one delivered. A1 service and I'll order again.

Everything else pisses me off.
I'm getting old, hurt a lot and don't like sleeping with a Grandmother. Think about that for a minute and one gets a little sick.
I know grow up- I refuse. I'm still 25 years old.
By the way- just one time mess up my order and I'll send the Baltimore police to Chicago. It might take them a year to find Chicago but they will get there.
I'll keep buying from you because no one can bat 100%.
I'm waiting.
Just keep sending cigars and keep me pissed off.
