You can partially close the registers (AC vents) in the other rooms of the house. This will force a higher percentage of the cooled air to flow into your office. You sacrifice a little bit of efficiency by increasing the overall flow resistance of your system, but if you don't get carried away and close the others too much, you should be alright.
